Guidelines And Fees:
Call the office to reserve the facility. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. You may tentatively reserve the facility over the phone. Deposits and user fees must be paid within one week of when you tentatively book the facility. The building does have heat. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning!
A $100 deposit is required. The deposit is refunded if the area is cleaned up and is not damaged. If damage is done, we will keep the deposit and you will be responsible for any repairs that result over the amount of the $100.00. Deposits will be mailed to your home the following week. We prefer checks. If you pay cash, you will have to come to the office to reclaim your deposit.
The User Fees will vary depending on the size of your party. Fee covers a 4 hour block. You may book the facility for all day for an additional $20.

Your user fee will cover all of your guests and therefore, we will not punch your SBEA card for guests. When they come to the gate, they just have to say “We are with the _____ party” and our personnel will direct them to the pavilion. Your guests can however, only stay during the duration of your reservation time. After the reservation time has expired, your guests must leave the facility unless; you go to the gate and use a guest pass punch or pay a guest fee. You have to stay on the property with your guests. If you leave, your guests must also leave.
P A System, is available in this building. There is a $50 deposit and the user fee is $10. Check in with the Ranger to get the microphone.
