Pavilion Guidelines/General Rules/Recreational Area Agreement
No pets allowed on the Recreation Area Grounds.
No firearms, bows or fireworks allowed.
No alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content greater than 6% by volume. NO KEGS OF BEER ALLOWED.
No illegal drugs permitted on the premises.
No swimming or wading in the lake.
Fires are allowed in containers only. No on-the-ground campfires.
Everyone in your party must obey SBEA Lake Recreation Area Rules and posted traffic rules and regulations. This includes the 10 mph speed limit.
Damage or destruction of property, vegetation or wildlife will result in loss of deposit.
All litter is to be disposed of properly in the receptacles located at numerous locations around the Recreation Area. Picnic tables should be clean and ready for use by the next party. Failure to do this will result in loss of deposit.
Any athletic equipment (volleyballs, soccer balls, horseshoes or softball bases) belonging to the SBEA must be returned to the Ranger on duty or to the bait shop at the time you leave. You are responsible for this equipment and it must be returned to the proper SBEA personnel. If it is not, your deposit cannot be refunded.
ALL persons entering the Recreation Area must stop at the gate station. Let us know which party they are attending. Our personnel will direct your party to the reserved location. No guest fees will be required on picnic reservations. If your guests leave during the party they must let the gatekeeper know they are leaving the premises. Your guests will not need a SBEA card or be required to pay guest fees. SBEA members are responsible for behavior of their guests.
Member or spouse of member must be present during entire time pavilion is reserved. If member/spouse leave the property, guests must also leave.
ENCLOSED PAVILION: NO SMOKING OR COOKING INSIDE. Decorations can be hung with thumbtacks, or tape only. No glitter allowed. Any damages over the $100.00 deposit will be the responsibility of the reservation holder.
Enclosed Pavilion parties canceled within two weeks of the reservation will lose their non-refundable user fee.
Your signature as sponsor signifies that you have read and fully understand all the rules and regulations of the SPIRIT/BOEING EMPLOYEE’S ASSOCIATION RECREATION AREA. Non-compliance can result in loss of deposit and SBEA membership.
