You must show your card at the table set up inside the door to get in free. This event is for you and your immediate family only. Limit one game unless there is no one waiting to play.

Easter is just around the corner which means it’s time for the SBEA Annual Easter Celebration. Join us at SBEA Recreation Area, April 3, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This year will be different than the past years due to Covid-19. We have structured the event in order to maintain the guidelines and still make it safe for the kids. We will only allow so many through the lines at a time to keep the required social distancing so we ask that you please be patient with us so we can bring this great event back this year. All events will be placed so you can go from beginning to end. Masks still required. All current covid-19 guidelines will be in place to protect everyone!

SBEA invites all kids to come out and enjoy the lake and the thrill of catching a fish. We will stock the kids pond with fish especially for this day. Prizes will be given away that day for the kids. Free hotdog, chips and pop will be provided for participating kids. Concessions will also be available. This is a chance to see what a great facility you have at SBEA. The SBEA lake is located at 4226 S. Gold. Members can save 10% off all kids fishing items after the fishing event. Meet in front of the lake store at 9:00 a.m. or come out anytime from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
4Th Of July Celebration
Come Celebrate With Us
Join us on July 4th, 6:00 pm – 10:00 p.m. for 4 hours of fun and activities for the whole family to enjoy. What a great way to celebrate the 4th at SBEA with fishing, bingo, ice cream social, fireworks & more. There will be tagged fish that are worth cash. Tagged fish will only be honored during the fishing contest hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Then sit back and enjoy the fireworks. You are encouraged to bring a picnic basket, blanket, coolers, and lawn chairs. While you are welcome to bring food and drinks, we will have concessions available for purchase.
With the changing of all current covid-19 guidelines, we will keep you updated and have the proper guidelines in place for the 4th. Masks are not required, but event organizers are asking that groups social distance from each other to help maintain a healthy happy 4th and summer.
The lake will close after the fireworks on July 4th and be closed on July 5th.

Get your home ready for the holidays with holiday decor from SBEA. Whether you’re looking for fall harvest decor or prepping for winter, SBEA has the decor you’ll need to add a little magic to your home. Join us July 24 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & July 25 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at SBEA Recreation Area, inside the enclosed pavilion for our Christmas in July sale. With our stores being closed for a year this is your chance to cash in on some great stuff and reduced prices. We want to move out some stuff so we can bring in some new stuff. Items that will be in the sale are toys, jewelry, garden décor, kitchenware, houseware, Christmas items and more. Debit cards will be accepted, checks (members only) and cash accepted. You will be able to do payroll deducts, you just have to follow the current payroll deduction policy.

SBEA Day At Rock River Rapids

Tickets will be sold in advance in all SBEA stores and will only be good for SBEA Rock River Rapids July 31, 2021. Pay $4.50 for adult and $4.00 for seniors & youth (3-17), children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult age 16 or older to enter facility. Tickets on sale in all SBEA stores, Rock River Rapids is open 12:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tickets good for July 31, 2021 only. Regular prices are $9.00 for adult and $8.00 for youth. What a savings!!!!

All Star Adventures
August 21
5 hours of unlimited fun at All Star Adventures, tickets are $9.50 for members and $17.00 for non members. You must buy your ticket in advance at any SBEA store location and take the ticket to the park anytime during business hours to receive your arm band for 5 hours of fun. All Star hours are 11:00 am – 10:00 p.m. All rides are included except for arcade, concessions, batting cages and driving range. All Star Adventures, 1010 N. Webb Road. All Star Day tickets good for Aug. 21, 2021 only Tickets on sale at all SBEA stores.

Lunker Catfish Tournament
August 28 & 29
Only those entered in tournament will be allowed to fish. This event is for members, family members and their guest only. This is a fund raiser for SBEA.
Your chance to catch the “BIG” one and take 1st place has just gotten better. Grab your fishing poles and don’t worry about bait, our lake store can accommodate all your needs for this tournament. Once the fish for this tournament have been stocked in the lake there will be no fishing until the tournament starts at 8 a.m. on Aug. 28. Only those that have paid to enter the tournament will be allowed to fish until the tournament is over. This is a 24 hour tournament; registration starts at 7 a.m. on Aug. 28 and the tournament starts at 8 a.m. Weigh in time is at 8 a.m. sharp on Aug. 29; however you may weigh in anytime during the tournament if you do not want to stay the entire time. You may pre-register at the lake store and pay your $25 entry fee or pay any time to enter the fishing tournament The lake will be stocked with “BIG” channel cat for this tournament. There will be 3 cash prizes for the three largest creel of 4 catfish; 1st place, ($250), 2nd place ($150) and 3rd place ($100) and then $100 if you want to enter the contest for largest catfish caught for an additional $5.00 entry fee. All rules of the lake must be followed with no gold fish allowed for bait and 2 poles per fisherman. No buddy system will be allowed, you must catch your own fish and they must be kept on your own stringer or in your own basket and kept in the water. Vehicles will be subject to inspection. Contestants will be supplied with an armband and rods used in the tournament will be tagged. Tournament ends promptly at 8 a.m. on Aug. 29. If you do not present your fish by that time you will be disqualified, so be sure to be on time. For your convenience the bait shop will be open until 10:00 p.m. on Aug. 28. The lake will be closed for fishing to everyone who is not a contestant in the tournament. Camping will be allowed for those in the tournament on Aug. 28.
